Brockton Visiting Nurse Association is a Medicare certified non-profit home health care organization covering cities and towns throughout Southeastern Massachusetts. Brockton VNA provides care and support to adults, babies, children and elders. Brockton VNA's skilled professional staff members are recognized caregivers by physicians, hospitals and within the community. A collaborative team approach focuses on providing the highest quality complex care in the comfort of the patient's home. Brockton VNA coordinates the patient's medical, social, emotional, nutritional and personal needs. Brockton VNA staff work closely with physicians and hospitals to deliver high-quality services that meet the unique needs of every patient. Staff have training in advanced technological procedures including chemotherapy, infusion therapy, laboratory testing and pain management. Educating patients is a critical component of quality care. Our goal is to return patients to their normal routine of daily living as quickly as possible.
