CFK Golf Tournament

Every year the Brockton Visiting Nurse Association, in conjunction with many generous supporters, sponsors the Caring for Kids Golf Tournament. The Caring for Kids Golf Tournament is a long-standing annual event that has been supported by the community and by businesses, organizations and people who recognize how important the Caring for Kids Program is and has been to so many families over the years.

Most children have health insurance, but insurance only pays for 60% of visit costs. It does not pay for the day to day expenses families endure: gas to drive to Boston, eating at the hospital cafeteria, the endless copays… the list can go on and on. The funds raised during the Caring for Kids Golf Tournament benefit the children using this care.

Donations are greatly appreciated and accepted. For these children, your donations may go to pay for the medical treatments of their life threatening illnesses. Donations may also go to other requests such as providing a laptop so the kids can do schoolwork from home or a CD player for books if a patient can no longer read. Donations may go to unusual requests, but through the generosity of many people, the Caring for Kids Program is able to meet these unique needs.
