Vivian – I remember the first day I met you- you were strong, knowledgeable, and kind and remained that way up until my father’s death. I speak for my entire family how thankful we are for you. We could not have made it through this without you. I will never forget the way you cared for my Dad, and for that I will forever think of you with kindness and appreciation.

Carla – we are so happy and thankful for you and your beautiful soul. My mother loved seeing you arrive to care for her.  You have a gift that is greatly appreciated by family members of a person in need.

I am writing this because we are very pleased with the service provided by the Brockton VNA over the last few years. The PT, OT, SLP, and Nursing staff have always been very polite, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Diligently, they followed safety and COVID-19 protocols. They found resources for us to use and made recommendations to improve my husband’s quality of life. They were always thinking outside the box and trying new things. My husband really looked forward to the therapists’ visits because they made it a positive and challenging experience for him. We would like to thank the therapists for their expertise and making a difference in my husband’s progress.

We used BVNA hospice for my dad and I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and compassion throughout the entire ordeal. They were supportive and made sure we knew of all the resources available to us. They explained anything we didn’t understand and answered every text and phone call I sent. They came out to check on him simply to reassure us what we were doing was okay and he was comfortable. I would highly recommend them when it comes to end of life care.

I’ve been with BVNA almost 9 years as a Managed Care Coordinator. The people I get to work with and see every day are great! It’s truly a very warm and friendly atmosphere! I feel appreciated here and that’s very important to me.
