Introducing Matthew Smith, New VP of Clinical Services at Brockton Visiting Nurse Association

Brockton Visiting Nurse Association is excited to announce that Matthew Smith, RN BSN, WCC, CHPN, CHHPO, has joined our Agency as our Vice President – Clinical Services effective Monday, November 4, 2024.

Most recently, Matthew served as Senior Director of Clinical Services for Hebrew Senior Life Home Health, Hospice and Palliative Care as well as the Director of Clinical Services at Care Dimensions Hospice, Palliative Care and Support Services. Matthew also possesses strong knowledge of skilled nursing and assisted living facilities and hospitals having been previously employed as Director of Nursing Services for Wingate Healthcare, Life Care Centers of America as well as New England Deaconess Hospital.

Matthew brings a diverse clinical background to this role and his proven ability to lead teams providing the continuum of care will be instrumental as we continue to deliver exceptional care throughout our community. As Vice President – Clinical Services, Matthew will oversee all clinical services and clinical operations of the Agency will report to our President/CEO, Ernesto Moreno.

We look forward to working with Matthew in his new role as we continue to deliver exceptional care to our patients for over one hundred and twenty (120) years in over thirty (30) communities in Southeastern Massachusetts.
